Coaching and great guard play is the difference to making the Sweet 16 (hard to believe that is already upon us).
You have to be able to evaluate superior (or inferior and weak) guards.
Mich appears to have the aces full of jacks, as well as Izzo and Mich St. I believe Izzo gets it done, but no way can I go against a 12-1 NCAA Tourney ATS record (coaching is getting it done), and the fact the Atl 10 is killin it, gonna fade an underachieving Mich team that should've won the Big 1o and got at least a #2 seed. A steal and a hoop can sometimes be a 6 pt play--think about it.
VCU +4/+3
Lean: Memphis but as it stands, I think Izzo is the finest coach you'll ever see at this level, and as much as Memphis has great athletes, athletes can be amazingly dumb w/o proper coaching and guidance. Game flow decision making favors Sparty. Looks like a tight game early, so prefer to watch the first H.
Butler -1
Butler should've won their first meeting in hand late, and not on that crazy awesome last sec buzzer beater--Butler will be in the Big east soon enough, and will become Marquette's nemesis.
CAL +6/7
Montgomery will have the troops ready. Big Easy is imploding.

Stl gets a bad matchup here. Ore w/ good grd play and the Ducks rebound well.
ARIZ will win but may not cover 10 PAC 12 doing better than expected. UCLA was expected to bow out early and get on their surfboards.
