Quinnipiac &#x2B;14.5&#xA;PSU fan here!  Finals week ended, no students will be at game, snow storm will prevent fans from showing up.  Bryce Jordan Center will present essentially no home court advantage under these conditions.  I expect a slow start from PSU and a 12 point victory.  Value in the 14.5 IMO- good luck!
