For those who like to bet on the big games in the main conferences.
-Big East and ACC are the best conferences hands down. Highest quality college hoops. Both good for over betting especially Big East. You can find some really good profitable teams ATS in ACC like Virginia and for Big East teams like St Johns Marquette do good ATS too. Overs are especially profitable in Big East hoops. Almost all teams are good to bet over in their games. They play faster pace. The only teams that may be offensively challenged that can go cold for extended periods or the sneaky ones that shave points to manipulate the under are Seton Hall Providence Butler and Xavier on the road.
-Big10 is decent, but only 2 teams you can trust when favored ATS. Michigan and Michigan State. The rest are all erratic trash. The minute teams like Iowa Indiana Wisconsin become ranked they take a shit on everyone and lose to the worst teams. Many games also erratic scoring. Games usually goes way under first half and then they score crazy 2nd half. You'll see them score under like 50-60 in first half combined but then like 80 something in 2nd half. Many crook coaches with their own agendas like Archie Miller and Greg Gard who are more concerned about the betting spread than winning the game.
-Big12 is unwatchable and overrated. Scoring and quality gone down. Good if you are a negative kind of guy who likes to bet the under. Very rare you see over unders prices higher than 140. Low quality brick shooting basketball and sneaky point shaving. No team is reliable ATS here. Kansas State is the best team but you can't trust them as favorite. They are only good if they are underdogs. Kansas and Bill Self low key point shaves in games they are favored very often once they are in control and have a good lead by allowing other team to come back and backdoor cover. Becareful with them.
-SEC - Tennessee is great ATS. That's about it. Kentucky usually is good late in the season and still can't trust them. They have too much talent to be struggling to score and that still makes it very suspicious to me. Everyone else is trash and will just beat up on each other. Completely avoid or keep taking Tennessee as favorites and the underdog in every other game that doesn't feature Tennessee in SEC play.
-Pac12 - Try to completely avoid Pac 12 basketball unless you are a true degenerate. Conference of crooks. No team really wants to win. Everyone knows they are bad and probably get 1 team in the NCAA tournament. This is the perfect excuse for every team to rig and completely tank. There's nobody you can trust. Shady coaches like Sean Miller and Bobby Hurley. It's a shame an exciting talented team like Arizona State is underperforming and taking dives shaving points. Even the best team Arizona State can beat top ranked Kansas then lose to Princeton at home the next game.
