In the past weeks, i had two incidents with 5dimes. Both times, my wager was settled incorrectly, needless to say NOT in my favor. Both bets were won but settled as losses. The first of those incidents was corrected and i was paid. The second, i inquired for two days without response, then on the third day i was refunded my wager but not paid the winning. The explanation was, that they couldn't see if i bet on the over or the under. I bet on an over in a soccer match, which in my view can be easily reconstructed by the odds on the ticket as i was live betting in a scoreless game in overtime. However, even if it wasn't clear to 5dimes, why settle my wager as a loss? When i asked this question, and supplied data to prove my case, i was given this answer:

To me, this is really not an answer and not satisfactory at all. I just want to warn all of you that if you have multiple bets running, do check up on them - it is not guaranteed that they are being settled correctly. I place many bets with different online sports books - but a similar case and especially two in a matter of weeks are new to me.

BeBaller is right. I actually am in a dispute right now. I took Borussia Dortmund 2nd half, made sure I put it in, and now I check and it is no where to be found. Unbelievable. They are claiming there was a "line error". Might be looking for a new site soon

Seriously? I would think that's the last thing someone would want. That guy is a complete egotistical fool and will never actually "be in your favor" on any kind of dispute whatsoever. I can speak from personal experience. He will immediately threaten you and considering he's holding all your cash at his personal discretion you're not gonna want to get into a fight with him.
I use a bunch of online books and can definitely say that 5dimes is the worst customer service wise. Only reason I haven't closed my account there is because I like line shopping and that would be one less book I could use.
