Best Over of the day SLU-L-IL over 141.5

Question

SLU just beat them 98-67 march 1 they lost to them 79-69 in their first meeting both these scores go over the total set for today.  I have not been running so good lately so tread lightly but im just going to trust the numbers the other thing i like about this over is it should be a tight game and that always gives you those late free throw points and the possibility of OT hopefully i wont need it.  I see a score around 78-74 Time to turn this sht around
