Indiana Hoosiers +1 1/2
The Bruins have really struggled with lengthy travel, as they're 0-4 when they've had to play Midwest/eastern teams. They've lost all four of those tilts and by no less than five points. I'm not a huge Hoosiers fan, but they do bring it/play competitive basketball when playing at home. You might see a bunch of losses as of late, but their schedule has been brutal, playing their last four games against REALLY GOOD nationally ranked teams. I think they win straight up by five points or more.
