Cold as Ice...Help!

Question

I typically do not do well during the tourney, so my units are very small this time of year.

I have been cold as ice for 3 weeks now.

Can anyone give me insight on why I should not play these:

I look for value and my #'s point in this direction.

St. Johns +5
VT -7.5
Miami +2.5

I am a #'s guy. Crunching Rankings, SOS and formulas to give final scores. My #'s are approx 50%, but I seem to always choose the wrong ones. I can't seem to figure out what I am missing (emotion, streaks, trends, etc)

Any help would be much appreciated!

Duquene is very hott right now. also in the NIT&#x27;s yesterday Big 6 conferences (bigeast,ACC, SEC etc...) were 1-3 ATS at home

Do you trust St.johns to do anything. I don&#x27;t care who the opp is. MIa has been one of the most disappointing teams I have bet on this yr. VT is maybe laying too much. I think you can find better games today.

VT disappointed they didn&#x27;t make the big tourney could play lethargic and Duquesne is playing well.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;St Johns is fully capable of laying an egg. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Providence is a good team from a tough conference.  Any team that is 10-8 in the Big East this year is good.  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Always keep in mind, the team that is more motivated is more likely to cover.

I did more number crunching and this is what I came up with:

Small Plays:
Duquense +7.5
Belmont +6
Austin Peay +9
Troy +1

Medium Plays:
Vermont +6 (only if it stays over +5.5)
Buffalo +5
Portland +4.5
Houston -1.5 (only if it stays under -2.5)
