Hey guys, this is day four of the Lady Luck System. So far my year to date for this system is 27-15 including going 9-3 last night. If you would like more information on the system and how I come to make my picks please read the original Lady Luck System post that can be found at:
Until you do that, please don't leave any criticism or mention that my score outputs are from cbss. I know that and I mentioned that. That is only part of this system. I also take into account and list injuries and recent trends. In addition, I also largely watch line movement. If I like a play it will have an Astrix* by it, the more astrix's the more I like it. I will list any games that I play. Yesterday I hit my three top plays! As of right now with today's small card I have not played any games, but I am watching two. Please let me know if you have any questions and I wish you all the best of luck!

rehabbing from his meniscus surgery and will miss tonight’s game.
Notre Dame forward Eric Katenda will miss tonight’s game
because of undisclosed issues.
Hofstra forward Jamal Coombs-McDaniel is out for the season
with a knee injury. Guard Dallas Anglin (3.2 points per game and 3 steals per
game), forward Jimmy Hall (12.7 points per game, 9.4 rebounds per game, 7
steals per game, and 10 blocks per game), guard Kentrell Washington (2.4 points
per game), and guard Shaquille Stokes (10 points per game, 2 rebounds per game,
and 10 steals per game) are all out indefinitely because of disciplinary
charges against them.
Penn State guard Tim Frazier (16.3 points per game, 4.5
rebounds per game, and 9 steals per game) is out for the season with a torn
Achilles’ tendon.
Indiana guard Maurice Creek (3.0 points per game, 1.6
rebounds per game, and 4 steals per game) is out for tonight’s game with a foot
injury. Forward Austin Etherington (1.9 points per game, 1.7 rebounds per game,
and 2 steals per game) is out for the rest of the season with a fractured left
kneecap.
Southern Utah power forward Julian Scott (9.8 points per
game, 2.7 rebounds per game, 2 steals per game, and 3 blocks per game) is
listed as probable for tonight’s game because of an undisclosed injury but is
expected to play tonight against Sacramento State.
Trends:
Illinois-Chicago is 2 and 3 on the road while Cleveland
State is 5-1 at home.
This is Notre Dame’s first road game, while Cincinnati is
8-2 at home.
Georgia State is just 1-5 on the road while Hofstra is 3-3
at home.
Indiana is 1-0 on the road while Penn State is 7-1 at home.

Dearest Lady, so glad I discovered your thread. Look's like a keeper ! I am pretty good at football, but don't know basketball as well by any mean's. Am always told that CB can be very profitable if one know's what one is doing. Not exactly a passenger in that boat, but would like to be.
I have a question and a statement I would appreciate your 2 cents on. Do you think ND forward being out is a real gamechanger ? (as I like Cincy) and I feel that 17 or even 16 pts is too many for Indy to be favored by in Penn St. Okay, 1 more. With all the injuries for Hofstra, why is that your first lean ?
Have to leave for the day within a 1/2 hour or so and won't be able to check back in time for games. If you get this in time would really like to here your thought's. Noon, west coast time as I write this.

Kct - Grady is Cleveland States best player, especially on the defensive end. Those are definitely his stats based on the 6 games he played before his surgery, along with 2.2 assists per game! He had 16 points and 7 rebounds against Robert Morris Colonials on 11/20, 15 points and 5 rebounds against UAH on 11/19, 13 points and 6 rebounds against Old Dominion on 11/17, 15 points and 3 rebounds against Michigan on 11/13, 10 points and 3 rebounds against Bowling Green on 11/12, 14 points and 9 rebounds against Grambling State on 11/9, 6 points and 11 rebounds against Stanford on 3/13, 2 points and 6 rebounds against Detroit on 2/25, 12 points and 8 rebounds against Wright State on 2/25, and 2 points and 8 rebounds against Detroit on 2/23. He is definitely a gifted player.
Bluelightning - Yes it does. The four players suspended have been out since 12/8/12. Before the suspension they were 3-6, including dropping 4 in a row. They have since continued that losing streak four more. I see this as a situation where the team is finally learning how to put their s.h.i.t together when they are missing half of their squad. I am going to continue to sit on it and watch the line movement some more. There is a lot of action coming on on Hofstra right now which makes me a little nervous. I will update you as soon as I make a decision!

As far as your question about Notre Dame's forward Eric Katenda being out for tonight being an issue for them, no I don't see it being an issue at all. Katenda is not their main forward, only one from the bench. Their main forward, Jack Cooley (15.5 points per game and 12 assists per game) is healthy and playing tonight. I would tread lightly on that game. I agree with you on the fact that 16 points IS too many for Indiana to be laying on the road. And lastly, I am a fan of playing home dogs with bad records playing against better teams. If Georgia State was going to blow these guys out like so many people think they will, why are they only laying 4 points (new spread)? Also, Georgia State is only 1 and 5 on the road. I haven't pulled the trigger on that game yet, but it is definitely on my radar. Best of luck!
