You think Drake can beat Iowa State? Drake hasn't won that matchup since 2011. Iowa State winning the Big 12, plays impeccable D (but can go stretches without scoring offensively). I like Drake and think they best Washington State. Just wish they had a better match up in the round of 32.

Drake has:

* 2 guys that don’t miss (DeVries and Wright)

* big man (Brodie)

* complementary players with speed and shooting 

* experience   

*  chip on shoulder from losing to Miami in 1st round last year after being ahead the whole game


* if they play Iowa State in in-state rivalry 2nd round, the pressure will all be on Iowa State
