FanDuel suspending account after 1 (yes 1 win)

Probably not the place to air this grievance but maybe I’ll save someone from a similar fate since I can’t partake in the madness at present. After a brutal Thursday I moved what I had left from an offshore into FanDuel. Made decent sized deposits in the past and also cashed out no issues. Put that on a game that ultimately hit but after this all occurred and I still don’t know if it was voided or paid out on lol.

Friday morning I said screw it and deposited a little more bc there is a bet that is offered on every single game that usually pays between +1000 and +1500 and said screw it what more do I have to lose after Thursdays beatdown. Well I got a miracle and it hit on the game I picked. Didn’t try to cash out was going to keep playing and this hit probably puts me even for all time through them. Literally within an hour of that wager being graded my account was suspended for “suspicious activity” and I was kicked out. I sent them the verification items they asked for (which can be common before cashing out but never in my years have I seen a place just suspend your account before doing it and certainly not on sites you’ve cashed out on before) but FanDuels support is a black hole and chat agents tell you it’s with the verification team and they have no access and that team has no transparency so you basically sit and wait in the dark.  Some people through Reddit says it was resolved in a week, others 1-2 months still waiting on a resolution. 

in 20 years I’ve probably used 30 different books and literally never had anything close to this happen elsewhere. Ruining what should have been one of the biggest joys of my tumultuous wagering career. If you look this up it happens to so many people. Who knows how long this will take to play out but if you’re not wagering peanuts you’re probably better served to go elsewhere as more states allow wagering. Rant over, carry and and enjoy your action that I’ve been deprived from because I don’t want to tap in to other funds and try and build elsewhere bc my frame of mind won’t allow that to be beneficial

 I’m still at a loss. Locked out since Friday afternoon. Never been so dejected after a big win.  A company that makes hundreds of millions of dollars calling a small to moderate win on their overall  scale “suspicious activity” when all the ads show are people hitting player props for 20k+ every night. But had my long shot lost theyda happily pocketed the money no questions asked. 

What exactly was this bet that paid +1500?

 All kosher same deposit methods I’ve always used and it was literally a single long shot play that is offered on every game of every major sport with your typical odds so no line error or anything like that and was dumb luck or my own version of Angels in the Outfield the hoops version lol.  It’s enough of a payout where I don’t want to piss them off and I’m being paranoid about a social media tirade so I’m going to keep following up with FD through their channels for the next few days but I’ll definitely try that route if I need to explore other avenues.  I appreciate the suggestion

For those wondering , I saw a post last night , someone bet fanduel bet +1500 there would be 5 3pointers from final 2:59 to 0:00 in the game (forgot which game)

And it hit and they graded his wager as a loss because it one of threes was graded as a "running jumper" very odd

I have nothing to gain by making one of the few threads I’ve ever made in years and lying to and getting sympathy from strangers lol. Was hoping someone knew channels that can assist and that this doesn’t happen to anyone else bc it’s a sick feeling

Fanduel is my least favorite of the outs I use. No support and trying to get a answer is like pulling teeth. Most others have Reps. that I can text or call for questions or bonuses.

 Yea I had it in betUS got rocked Thursday and put the rest into FD then this all ensued. Good times. For as low as some of the offshores are rated I’ve never had any issues with them

Why didn't you ever mention what the bet was?

Your ip address it’s not legal from where your trying to place the bet so they closed your account

Update. After various channels without blasting them publicly (their voicemail option, follow up emails, chats) access has been restored and all monies in there. Kicked out at 3:30 Friday so roughly a 6 day cooler. Beyond maddening but alls well that ends well

 Bc if they monitor places like this I’m not trying to hurt my case of getting access by sharing that info while I have no access. Now that I’m back if you must know I took Northwestern and FAU to go to overtime at +1300 and the prayer was answered
