Bounced back after a terrible Wednesday. I have my eye ona few tomorrow but spent a lot of time capping football for the weekend. Heading to Tuscaloosa for the Bama/Auburn game in the morning.

Locking one in for Saturday:

UT Arlington -3.5 (1 UNIT) - Not loving this spot for UTA but they have had a few days off after a great effort at home against Oklahoma. This Samford team is adjusting to a new system and they lack any significant size. They have OK guard play and they have played 6 games to only two for UTA. This UTA team has been solid defensively in both of their games and now they face a club that has been poor on both ends of the floor. I will back the club that feels good about where they are in the young season and not the one who's only win was over an NAIA school. After spending quite a bit of time around a couple of guys that played for Samford the last couple of years I get the impression that it is going to be a long year for the Bulldogs.
