1-1 day yesterday as
Syracuse couldn't hold on to a big lead in the first half and were just
outplayed in the 2nd. Goodnight to them, but California's FT shooting
at the end saved me a backdoor moose.
My stats:
1-unit: 98-77-2 +12.908 units
2-unit: 18-15 +3.627 units
4-unit: 0-3 -11 units
2nd Half: 2-2-1 -0.048 units
MLs: 3-10 -3.662 units
Totals: 0-1 -1 units
Total: 121-108-3 +0.825 units
For tomorrow:
Wake Forest +1 vs. Florida State
I've been on this game both times this season, and both times WFU took FSU to the woodshed. I don't like the FT shooting disadvantage, but the game will be in Charlotte, which will only help the young Demon Deacs.
Florida -3 vs. Alabama
The coaching match-up strongly favors Billy Donovan, who knows his team needs a deep run in order to get in the championship. As for Alabama, they are a bad team and Coach Mark Gottfried would be fired if he didn't have a $2.5 M buyout. As for the teams, I think Maureese Speights & Dan Werner can stop Bama's Richard Hendrix, while the guards should have a big advantage.
Washington State -3 vs. Oregon
I love the way WSU plays slowly, but surely and i don't see Oregon upsetting them tomorrow. The long-distance game can't work for too long, but the only guy i'm worried about is Marty Leunen getting hott. Tajuan Porter will take a few moonballs, and hopefully the team will start cold giving WSU a big advantage that they'll ice at the FT stripe.
