Hey Guy, it has been awhile. What is this "Post Deleted " thing in threads? Just curious

Had to sit and wait in my car so decided to see what was up at covers and saw post deleted in a bunch of threads.  Is it the user or the site deleting threads? Is it all twitter here now? Thanks in advance.

 Not sure if you are referring to your own posts. All of the deleted posts I have ever seen were the I have a guaranteed fixed match send bitcoin etc. Some threads end up in the penalty box due to drifting off target. Hope that helps.

It's usually spam account posts which get deleted.

I just say this thread frank. My alias Notaprojust4fun has been removed and my black corvette avatar is gone. My name now just says user. All my posts have also been deleted. I have never been banned from covers but I can tell you I am in the positive this season in cbb wagers. I honestly don't know what's going on.

I am going to explain what happened with post deleted and why notaprojust4fun is showing as User864845 or Guest864845.  It has taken me a couple days to get the answer from the Covers Team.  Us mods are just users like any of you, we do not have access to the backend of the site.  We just have a few elevated privileges in the forums. 

First off, notaprojust4fun made a request to Covers Help to remove/delete his account.  In the process of doing this an error occurred and the account was not removed completely.  This is why his history is showing post deleted and his username is generic.  The Covers Team is working on resolving the error and finishing the request.
