Yeah tell me about it, as if SDSU and Nebraska weren't enough last night....oops almost forgot about the Rockets....I should just bet the first half....seems like I hit those 80% of the time, but only hit the full games 40% of the time....UCSB had a 6 point lead at the half, +6 for the game...looks like they could be on the verge of blowing that cover...not to mention the nuggest, who I believe were up 17 at one point, only to win by 1...

There is more parity in the MWC than ever before. that is why we are seeing so many 10 and 12 point runs by most teams at the top of the standings. There are many places in the conference that are very hard to win in. The Pitt in NM, TM in Vegas and Wyom hardly loses at home. BYU had the nations longest home streak for a long time. I would hesitate to bash these teams, they are just kicking each others ass everyday. By the way, ask Alabama about UTAH athletics!!

You made a mistake with SDSU--They were missing one of their top 3 scorers in that game-----Very unfair for you to dog a conference that has 5 solid teams------Utah, New Mexico are prolly the two best with BYU, UNLV and SDSU close behind. Just because they beat up on each other doesn't mean they're bad. Sounds like some EAST coast bias to me?----And you say what have you done for me lately?-----Well they play each other lately but before in conference began they were solid, Utah not only beat LSU they also beat Gonzaga; they hung with Oklahoma on their court for 3/4 of the game and have a big man that will be drafted in the 1st round. BYU hung within 4 points of Wake Forest and as mentioned UNLV beat both Louisville (on their court) and Arizona at home and the game against Arizona was not close. The only homecourt in this conference you can plan on banking a win for the home team is New Mexico they are rock solid in the PIT. Wyoming is no slouch either on their homecourt.
You seem to forget that UNLV has advanced in the last two years in the tourney and lost to the eventual champion Kansas last year? and made the Sweet 16 the year before?-----please do your homework before displaying your EAST coast bias

First of all, I knew all about SDSU missing a starter the other night. That has nothing to do with them blowing a 13 point halftime lead at home. They gave up 20 points in the 1st half and then something like 50 in the 2nd half. That is unacceptable for any team, especially a team fighting for their NCAA life. Also for the record, I'm more dogging the coaching in the conference than the teams. There are more blown leads in the MWC than any conference. You dont see home teams with DD leads blowing games anywhere else. It has nothing to do east or west coast bias. It has to do with philosophies. SD St. is up 6 with 5 mins to go and then forget how to handle a little press. Forget to guard BYU when they are takin wide open 3's. Its honestly embarassing. I have made a lot of money on New Mexico in the PIT this year and I'm not downgrading the conferences talent. They have a bunch of teams that can hang with the big boys but they dont have the coaching to pull out wins in March. UNLV was an exception last year b/c they caught fire. It can happen to anyone...
