Houston is one of the best if not the best team

in the country at switching 1 through 5. They’re gonna reject the perimeter on BYU all game long and dare them to drive it where Houston is also good at helping and crashing the paint. Any miss from the perimeter will work in the cougars favor and push the tempo. The cougars are also one of the best 3 point shooting teams in the nation so even if they need to match the firepower they will be able to do so.

while this has been an impressive run by BYU and will be one of the teams to watch as a darkhorse in the tournament.. Houston is determined to test to defensive ability and see what they’re capable of against one of the best perimeter offenses in the league.

 Agree 100pct! I sat courtside for the first game and it was laughable! UH was so much more physical and will not sit back and allow them good looks from the 3pt line.

Funny story I was sitting courtside at a UH game this year and introduced to Master P and I had no clue who he was. I just knew him as Mercy’s father. I was like who is this guy calling himself master p so I googled it while I was courtside and saw this dude was a major dude. 

master P is a legend in the industry. He is also one of the smartest dudes in the business. He didn’t go broke like most rappers do nowadays. The guy built an enterprise.

BYU is 3-16 from 3 point shooting 3-14 from 2 point field goals.

like I said Houston would much rather them drive in then leave them open around the perimeter.

theres a saying and it will always be true no matter  how much the game has changed and evolved in the past 20 years.
