This is what happens...followers who&#x27;ve been labeled winners at pph, locals,small offshore shops hit I&#x27;ll st, these shops unload some cash at heavier shops and you see the screen move, it does happen..and if they are a public favorite, they move the line even further, however, the most important move is the move following the action. Is there a buy back? This move most likely from heavier syndicates who disagree with his position.  Nropp may move line off what they perceive as an efficient line.
