K St has been a hot mess last 3 weeks… played the good teams 2-3 weeks ago… blown out of each… I put largest play of week on them to not lose to bottom team of conf last week…. Ok St… they never had lead. Lost that as well…. Kansas off huge game… just beat Houston … who was off a very tough part of schedule… where they won every game till at Kansas…. Kansas currently -5.5…. If the script goes the same Kansas wins easily…. If. My guess is Kansas stays on task… and K St is awful…. But I had a poor week…. Thoughts. ??

KSU is awful. I was at the OSU game and I took KSU at half and they just fumbled the ball away. Cut it to 7 and just shot the bed losing by 20. To me it appeared as Coach Tang had had it. Going from an Elite 8 team to this team that won’t make the tourney is setting in. Their PG had knee surgery so Perry has to handle the ball, but he is a shooting guard. Tomlin being gone really hurts the inside because that was their problem last year and this year they can’t play without him. It is too hard to overcome losing two starters in this league and be competitive. College basketball is too competitive now with NIL so it seems to me the benches are thin as these guys just want to get on the court and they don’t care who for. I am going to the game and I am picking KU to beat them down. KSU won this game last year, but they had two NBA guys on the team and none this year. KSU got to play the easy games early and might only win one more game this year. I know Quis and Kam and those are the last two PG’a KSU has had that best KU. Without Ques and Tomlin, I just don’t know how they can be competitive.

This could be a trap game for KU coming off such an emotional high of pounding Houston plus KSU knows a win gets them back in the bubble conversation quickly.
The key is whether Furphy keeps dominating. If you have noticed, most of his solid performances have been at home. Will be interesting how he does when opposing fans are cussing him out, etc.

CATS fan here. Not having a true PG is definitely killing them in conference play. I know they missed on some portal guys, but can't believe there isn't a plan B because Perry isn't the answer at PG. Too many TOs leading to points is hard to overcome when you struggle behind the line

It has been a long time that KU was a home dog. That was a piss pounding because they felt disrespected. They could ride that momentum for several games, including their biggest in state rival at the little apple. K-State could win at home sure but hard to bet them right now. Also for the record sharps have been known to get their minions to but down a number so they can slam the shit out of a game once it hits their number. Before judging what side the sharps are on I would watch the line movement all day.

I played Kansas -4…. Medium wager… I have been flabbergast before… remember auburn vs New Mexico st football. The K St I have seen over last 3 weeks has zero chance. Let chips fall where they may. Go chiefs.

I am flabbergasted…. I believe it was 41-30 Kansas at one point… they had hit a few shots in a row… then 2-3 minutes later it was 41-40 Kansas … they had to shoot awful for the game… hope k state enjoys this… this was their super bowl. They have been horrid past few weeks. Doubled up by Houston at half …. Looked like varsity vs jv in that game.

Yeah i was right there with you… 41-30 and had momentum yet really lose to those clowns. How you go from dominating UH to losing to Kst I will never know.
