So I'm getting four pts w a team that just beat #18 Alabama on the road by twenty while scoring 117. Hmmm. And now they're playing an inferior team( possibly) whose current valuation, perception could be distorted by recent wins vs lower quality teams. KY has better ATS record. Both Kenpom and Massey see value at this price. I do too. Let's give it a roll...
Nice win w Canes last night. Mkt perception,value couldn't have been much lower. Watching RJ Davis worth the price of admission. The beauty of that step back jumper last season. Certainly has taken his game to a tremendous higher level.

Thank you. No cbb guru. I let the stat guys do that. Just an older guy who loved shooting the rock as a boy. More of a football guy but similar processes,approaches appear to apply.

KY 5-3 road ats. 3-0 ATS dog +3.5. I like road dogs( value). Just one speculation among many more forthcoming. Let the edge play out over the long run.

The key with Kentucky is usually how quick the hook on this loser DJ Wagner is. 0 for last 15 from 3, turnover machine, sucks on defense. If he wasn’t Dajuan’s kid he’d be playing at Incarnate Word. Worst player on the floor and usually Kentucky goes into holes when he’s in. Shepard and Dillingham much better players. So as long as Wagner plays 10-14 minutes (10-14 too many but whatever) then Kentucky could easily roll. People will play the home angle. But as we saw with TCU last night, if a team can weather the early storm on the road and settle in, then talent can easily prevail.

Kentucky has gotten into a groove as of late and their high power offense is what makes them one of the elite in the country. Once you have an identity your confidence becomes a boost.
im taking the baylor angle here.. they came back against the best team in the country and were 1 free throw away from pulling an upset.
Kentucky got a quality win against Alabama and that confidence will carry over tonight. It’s not like miss is undefeated at home.. or miss beat them on their home floor. I think if kentucky gets a W here they will only have to worry going into Tennessee for their last game of the season to potentially make them favorites in the tournament. Other than that Kentucky has the schedule to shift all the momentum their way.

Kentucky already steamed rolled miss.

@Puerta2Puerta "im taking the baylor angle here.." curious, what does baylor vs tcu have to do with uk vs state? how is that an angle?
The fact that baylor was +3.5 underdogs last night and so is Kentucky who already steamrolled this miss team. Kentucky is coming off one of their biggest wins late in the season. Went into auburn and snapped that undefeated home record. Do people think Kentucky is just gonna go in and throw in the towel tonight because they’re on the road against a miss team who’s looking for revenge? I don’t know maybe I’m wrong and books think miss will come out and fire on all cylinders and crush Kentucky. But like baylor there’s too much value to pass on 3.5

@Puerta2Puerta I'm more confused than before I asked...bol tn!
Im saying based on how Kentucky has responded the last few weeks I don’t think they should be giving them 3.5 points. Too much talent too much momentum. Like baylor they have some talented freshmen on the roster that are game changers. But hey what do I know you’re a Kentucky fan yourself. But I’m rooting for your boys and think they come out with a W.

Love Reed Shepherd. Dad was star for Ky years ago too. They tried to give it away. Little interior pressure on Smith. Giving Hubbard wide open looks like that. I had read about inconsistency but this was something.
