Good Morning guys. This is the best time of the year! Working on my bracket this morning. Let's talk about some of the tough games in the round of 64.

1) Whichita St vs Indiana
-everyone has their own opinion on the Hoosiers right now but I can't help but love this team. I had them picked to beat Maryland and they just couldnt get it done.. I see this as a potential win for them here.
My Pick: Indiana

2) Oregon vs Oklahoma St
- watched a lot of early season ducks basketball and was initially really impressed with their team. They had some trouble down the stretch but Joseph Young is the kind of player who sends other teams home in March. The Cowboys played some great basketball for a few games but have stumbled in their last few.
My Pick: Oregon Ducks

3) West Virginia vs Buffalo.
- I know a lot of people are picking this game as an upset for Buffalo. However, when West Virginia is healthy they are deadly. I really really liked this team and expected them to better this season but the injury bug really hurt them. I see Staten having a huge game and helpin them beat Buffalo.

4) VCU vs Ohio State
Watched VCU take down Dayton on Sunday. They looked really good. This game is more of a hunch for me.. I like Ohio State but have been unimpressed with some of their performances late this season. I just have a feeling VCU wins..

It seems everyone is on Wichita hoping for a game with Kansas next round.
You have to wonder if the players are thinking about that as well.
Tempted to take Indiana + 5 here.
Also if Indiana wins this game has to go over 138.
Thoughts.

5) N Iowa vs Wyoming
I have to say I have not watched much N Iowa basketball this season at all. I am a little worried about this team. I have watched Wyoming. They have a good team and they battle hard. I might just take Wyomihg and hope for the

6) San Diego St vs St John's
This one is tough. Both teams were not as good as they should have been this year. SDSU has struggled to score and St John's will be missing their top shot blocker. I kinda gave up on St John's earlier this season when they started to flake. I just have a feeling they mess up and SDSU wins.

7) Utah vs SF Austin
SF Austin is another team that I did not get to watch at all this season. I didn't really follow them much bc their spreads were either large or they were not carried by my book. UTah is a good team, and I am a little confused on how a lot of people thing that this will be a for sure upset. I know SF Austin made it through the first round last season but I have UTah making it past the first game maybe even the second.

8) SMU vs UCLA
Everyone is pissed about UCLA making the tournament. They played good ball and had some big wins. Most everyone is taking SMU without question.. I am taking UCLA as one of my bigger first round upsets.

Strugglin with NC ST / LSU ... Boy has Lsu lost vs some really bad teams but NC ST loses vs everyone .. I know Lsu has some bigs but big deal .. when I break down this game ...it's a toss up .. Any help bro ??? ... I'm on Buff now ..I was WV ... Like Oregon ...Wit St should advance ..Smu will handle Ucla easily ..10 or more....Broke down SFA / Utah and the Buff /Wv the same way and looked at the 12 seeds and what they have in common when they advance and Buff and SFA have the 4 stats that match almost all of the other 12 seeds when they advanced ... the other 12 seeds Woff / Wyo each have 3/4 of the stats needed to advance but I have consider how banged up Wyo was this year ... With Wofford It's the competition and not enough offense ... Good luck bro ... just my opinion ..

It'll be intresting to see how SMU comes out here...will they be jittery from their first tourny appearance? That'll be the most difficult thing to cap in this game, IMO.

I have Wyoming beating not only Northern Iowa but also Louisville in the next round. Love their tempo, love Larry Nance Jr. Don't buy into the SF Austin hype, Utah wins and covers the 7 point spread. West Virginia I really hope comes to play this tourney because in my opinion they are the one team in that half of the midwest region who may give Kentucky some problems. That press defense is serious. Would love to see how Tyler Ulis would respond to that. Inexperience may get to him. BOL to all.

King I have Wyoming moving past Louisville right now as well. Louisville is not a extremely strong team and I don't think they will make it too far this year.

Like IU to cover 5 and maybe even SU. Their past 2 games they switched to man defense and looked much tougher on that end. They do live and die by the 3 ball. Against Maryland...they win easy if those shots are dropping.

Valparaiso over maryland and Georgia over michigan st. Imo, these are the two best chances for an upset. Also like wyoming over N. Iowa and eastern washington over Georgetown.

I think it would be foolish to play any shocker game over that's in the high 130s
