Buff was down 65-40 with under 4 minutes left at home vs not great south bama team at home. Clearly this team can be crushed. Followed that up with a tight win over d2 team. They dont have much on the roster outside of chatman/adams. Now they face a better team than they've faced so far, in their first game outside of own building. Clear blowout potential here. Honestly I'd double down to fade buff in this spot if I was just a little more confident in hofstra, but its looking like they didnt replace Estrada well. I thought the transfer Fritz from Buffalo would at least replace Warren williams role from LY but he has not so far. Still think they're capable of busting out in this spot tho. The 2 teams they lost to are respectable.

This UCLA team is such a wildcard. They're huge, and multiple guys touted as 1st rounders, now they get one of them eligible before this game. Unless this guy Berke comes in as some nasty nba-ready type first game, I just find it hard to believe this team is ready to face a good vet team like marquette. One of the touted 1st rounders Mara hasnt even played significant minutes because appears he and Bona can't play at same time well. They've played 3 dregs, and they've made 7 total 3's between the 3 games. Just seems flawed and likely that super young team will get exposed a bit in their 1st tough game. Def a wildcard with this guy making his debut and there being no tape on him and whatnot, but take my chances

fiu gave a solid akron team all they could handle yesterday, but that's the 2nd time in their last 2 opportunities that they took a good team to the wire (miami last week), so it's less flukey. Would think any kind of similar effort here would get them past marshall's current form, marsh has been bricking 3's to start the year, came into this tourney down a key vet starter in Annochili-killen, and really kind of wilted against usu.

Great write ups. I'm looking hard at the UCLA under 141, I don't see any cohesiveness in offense and enough athletes to play D. Any lean your way on total.

sorry brother I haven't bet a cbb total in over 10 years I think, so can't really call it, tho under sounds sensible to me.
Ucla freakin ultimate wildcard lol

just saw Eley ruled out again for Siena. I figured he was back after seeing he made the trip with the team. But he's out again. Siena has a team that should struggle this year anyway, but he's clearly the top guy and they've been a trainwreck without him. Take my chances, as CMU at least showed a pulse with a nice win at USF last time out

yea had hofstra read well clearly shouldve doubled down. Does me no good to have the same amt on a game like that, as games where I'm repeatedly saying this team is a wildcard (ucla) and clearly dont know what to expect. stupid. but alas, new day
