I have no clue as to where you get your info from, however, that is not a true statement. Albeit Portland St's schedule is slightly tougher than E Washingtons it is still in the bottom third SOS in all of college hoops.

If covers were around for 400 years we will still have people who enjoy posting mis information such as what was posted about Portland St's sos.
Posting information that is true and helpful is great, however, posting bs like Portland St having one of the top sos in the country is f-ed up and can cause people who are just starting out to make bad and mis informed judgement calls
