Normally I'm on Illinois Chicago but I don't like them today as a favorite. I understand they're 6-2 SU and 7-1 Ats last 8 games but they've only been a favorite once this season and they barely won in overtime 69-68 as -11 point favorite. Illinois Chicago is 3-3 SU and 5-1 Ats in conference play.
Murray State is 4-2 SU and 3-3 Ats in conference play. 2-1 Ats on the road in conference play. 2-0 SU and Ats as an underdog in conference play. 4-3 SU and 4-2-1 Ats as an underdog this season.
Both of these teams have two common opponents...(Northern Iowa and Drake) Murray State beat both of those opponents outright on the road. Illinois Chicago beat Drake at home and lost to Northern Iowa by double digits at home.
In my opinion Murray State is the better team and I believe they're going to win outright.
