Pretty simple breakdown. OSU -1 1/2 needs a win against Rutgers otherwise they aren’t getting in the tournament unless they win the Conference tournament and we know that’s not happening. PSU spread is easy to figure out. It’s a Pk so they are begging the public to take PSU because they are the home team. Of course that will be the case. Score will be tight but MD by 3-4.
