President's Day Hoops

Hello Covers,

In 1979 when I was in elementary school, on this date we got about 27 inches of snow and we were out of school for about 10 days... zoom.

Football in the snow, sledding and some good snowball fights and alot of hot chocolate, home made brownies, and soup and stew.

Good memories.

4-3 sunday...87-94-1.

1. K State +3, McDaniel plays a solid floor game...he and Juwan Howard didn't click at Michigan...Coleman, the Illinois transfer can play.

2. Baylor ml,...Need Roach to play a good game and not let Caleb Love go off.

Good luck umgmu, 1979 always makes me think of the Rangers incredible Cinderella run to the Cup final, upsetting the Islanders in the semifinal. In the final we won Game 1 in Montreal and led 2-0 in Game 2, I'm thinking the 39-year jinx may be ending... and then Cinderella turned into a pumpkin and we lost 4 straight as the damn Habs won their 5th straight Cup. Fun times ...

The Bullets lost to the Supersonics, the Pirates won the WS , Magic vs Bird, and the Steelers won
