Where do you bet on Virginia teams? I am not sure if MGM at National Harbor has lines for VA residents.

Have to bet Virginia college teams offshore. Bet365 offers minor league lines, like for the Norfolk Tides.

I haven’t used an offshore book in years. I never really had much luck with them and it always felt kind of shady to me.

I know some of the guys on this site use them.. Anyone else have any suggestions?

 I live on FL but used to spend a lot of time in VA - always used Bovada while there.
