Ugly game. Refs never let there be any flow, which would have been better for Gonzaga. Gonzaga is more of a rhythm team then UNC. UNC wins ugly, and they did.

It was an opinion. And a truthful one. I didn't say UNC got all the calls, I said the way the game was called favored UNC, and it sounds like you are stupid to even know what the means.

Are you kidding me? UNC is the most rythym based team in all of college basketball. They're all about rythym and tempo. You put them in a half court game and that's when they struggle. That was pretty evident tonight, as they struggled to get into a rythym offensively because their transition offense was limited by gonzaga. The pace was played in the favor of gonzaga for the majority of tonight's game. When UNC made their runs it was in transition. The foul calls made it more advantageous for gonzaga regarding pace of play.
Don’t let the last play affect the next play

Ugly game on both sides look how many free throws were missed in that game! I'd say the refs gave both teams chances but they couldn't hit for shiet but build houses with them bricks. Zags big man got exposed with his slow ass by the more physical team in the paint.

Although a poorly officiated game, the fouls were even 22-22. With that, I can't complain too much. The second half was very choppy with no flow to the game due to the constant whistles but I did feel like UNC did just enough to force the calls on their bigs. As I stated before the game, I felt the difference would be UNC's defense which we hadn't really seen consistently doing their job in the tourney. They showed up and for that, it won them the game. Both teams were in the bonus around 12 minutes to go so I didn't see too much of an advantage for either team with the calls. This thread title is waaaaaay OFF because if I can go back to one bad call that could have costed a team the win in a tight game, it was the CHANGED call on the air ball 3 by Gonzaga with about 4-5 minutea to go. No idea why the refs thought it was tipped but they said it was when it was clear it wasn't. The next play out of bounds resulted in a 3 point basket that actually gave the zags the lead. I felt that that call, as awful as it was, could have cost UNC the game. Thankfully though, it didn't. I saw worse officiated games in the two final four games; this game was bad but I don't think it favored anybody. This game came down to timely d by UNC and the hicks and berry ballin out picking up the slack by jackson and meeks.
