Safe and secure online....plus u don't have weird ass things coming up on ur statements .....and sometimes cards don't go thru processor...for instance I couldn't use mine on five dimes so I ended up using the p2p service online

fuzz are you in the US or other? If you are in the US I would go with Heritage, they accept visa prepaid. If you are non us then I would go with Carib as they accept visa. I was at Carib for a while until they stopped taking visa for U.S. Both pay very well.
