Have you ever wondered why it seems to take an hour to make steel cut oats in a pot? The directions say 25-30 minutes, but they are still way to hard for me even after 45 minutes. I like my oats soft, but chunky. Once you've had good steel cut oats, you'll never go back to old fashioned or quick oats ever again.

New attention seeking method? Just random pointless tangents of thought?
Well when the record isn't where you want it to be, you have to try and build up the tout credentials somehow i guess
LOL you were SOOOOO close to making it back in 2010 or whenever you had that little hot streak. You remember that your "Delta" based predictions were the hottest thing on covers other than Kine Professor! Man those were the days!

You're right, my posted record this CBB season is a joke. I will not disagree with you. In fact I have stated that in a few of my threads on his site. However, if you had wagered on every play I've endorsed on covers since day one, you'd be in the black. So, (overall) my record is about where it should be, and I'm Ok with that. If you're keeping track, I'd hope that you would be too.
I don't hide my record, and I put it out "for all to see". Many posters do not. I don't cry about 3 OT losses on medium size dogs or a few "horrific" bad beats, since it's all part of the game. Next time my small fav will cover in OT. I get that. Next time my team will make 1 of 7 FT's down the stretch to cover the number. I completely get it, and I know you do since you're a person of high intelligence and great gambling instincts. I've seen a couple of your posts and they are quite impressive. You have a keen ability to understate the obvious while providing winning selections time after time. Props to you!
Unfortunately, as you well know, when gambling there is an enormous amount of positive and negative fluctuation that is unavoidable. If you have a method that has hit 56+% for over a 9 year period, in any one year you're going to experience 56%+- (10-12%). This should cover about 90% of the spectrum of outcomes. The other 10% or so will be extreme outliers. Of course this all depends on the number of plays you have per season. The more plays you have the larger the standard deviation and thus the fluctuation that goes along with it.
I'm guessing that you already know all of the math stuff. My apologies for making you read this boring stuff.
I refuse to attack you, because it's obvious that you are way more intelligent than I am, and know much more about making money gambling than I will ever know. It would be a pointless exercise on my part.
I have often admitted on this site that I am a DUNCE, so I'm not quite sure why you are so viewing my silly posts at all. You certainly must have more important (and much more profitable) things to do.
In my next post I'll divulge the secret to shortening the cooking time of the steel cut oats. I bet you can't wait.
Best of luck and continued success

I guess you're a "quick oats" kind of guy.
