I know there is a whole lotta love for Marquette with all those points in the bank. They are a big team that pounds you in the paint and out rebounds most teams that they play. Yup, lots of chatter about not having Reggie Johnson`s size for Miami to offset. First off, R. Johnson hasn`t been an impact for Miami for quite a while, and they are better off since his injury occured many games ago. After all, they did manage to win 20 out of their last 23 games. Including an ACC championship win at N. Carolina by 10 points. They have a very experienced team that is full of talented seniors.
Ohio St -3.5
Arizona has been riding on the back of sesnsational play from Mark Lyons. He is a true talent that possesses great skill and is a match up nightmare for many teams. Same can be said for his go to guy Solomon Hill. Mr Hill and Mr Lyons meet Mr Kraft and Mr Thomas. Ohio St have the answers for all that Arizona has to offer, and a nice 10 game winning streak against some serious power house teams.
Indiana -5
Syracuse are a team from the book `A tale of two cities ``......It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. They began the season on fire and reeled off a string of 18 wins in their first 19 games. However, they also won only 6 of their last 11 games. Wins over Montana and California are no need to make anyone think that they are suddenly world beaters. Late season losses to Louisville by 17 and Georgetown by 22 show that they are a team that can fall flat against elite competition. Indiana is the aforementioned elite competition. They can take advantage of any defensive formation that Boheim throws at them. Look for the combo of Zeller and Oladipo to go inside and outside all night long.
Wichita St -4.5
La Salle and Wichita St come together having travelled similar roads. I admire the energy and work ethic that both teams brought to this tourney. Fact is, La Salle were extremely fortunate to have beaten either of Mississippi or Davidson. Wich St on the other hand, laid an 18 point beating on Pitt before upsetting number 1 seeded Gonzaga by 6 . Sorry Cinderella, the clock has struck midnight and the dance is over.
Just my thoughts. Good luck to all

Ohio State does not match up well against Arizona. Look at how OS played against more athletic teams like Duke and Kansas? I like Zona to cover. Maybe even win, but they will cover. BOL

Indiana....Michigan....Mich St....Minnesota.....Iowa St....Wisconsin etc, not " Athletic " enough for you ? Heck, they played Duke and Kansas early in the year, and only lost by 5 and 6 pts. They also played Washington early in the year and beat them by 11. You remember them, the same team that Arizona beat by 4 at the same venue.
