pretty fascinating game, my angle is this. Johnnies choked majorly on this same court against the hall a few weeks ago, spurring Pitino's wild tirade about how the hall won by out-toughing his team of unathletic pussies, essentially lol. More or less that was the gist of it. His gang of "unathletic twats" responded impressively to it with this strong recent run (Certainly aided by facing Gtown/Depaul for 3 of the 5, but can't sneeze at the beatdowns they delivered in the other 2 games), setting up this game. We have come full circle here.

If you subscribe to the thought that the Johnnies will not get significantly out-toughed this time around, then they're simply the deeper team with more scoring options. Really should get a super hungry team here, both needing the game more to make tourney, and just with the pride on the line to avoid 3 game sweep against a local rival they are technically better than by the metrics and whatnot.
