7-4 yesterday.
Penn St -4
Ohio St isn't as good as the computers think they are. They have 3 wins vs top 50 teams this year. No one turns the ball over more in the Big18 than the Buckeyes since conference play started, and Penn St is top 3 in defensive TO%. Too many extra possessions for the Nittany Lions on their home floor.
Campbell +2.5
The Camels have won 3 straight, the last two on the road, now get to come back home to a Bill and Mary squad that is coming off back to back home wins, and has Charleston on deck in a big conference standings game. I think Campbell gets what they want inside all night, and as long as WM doesn't hit 15+ 3s, I think the Camels can win this one.
James Madison -13
Coastal has lost 6 straight. The last two on the road, by an average of 25 to Old Dominion (291st) and Georgia Southern (259th). Game 3 of consecutive road games is tough (they have a fourth next), and JMU is gonna expose the tired legs. Give me the Dukes by 20+.
Hofstra/Elon Under 129
Two REALLY slow offenses, and two gritty defenses are what unders are made of, and that is what we get tonight in Elon. Both defenses rank top 30 nationally in dEFG%, and bottom 40 as far as average possession length. Snoozer so don't watch it.
Morehead St. -5.5
Tenn Tech beat Morehead by 19 at the beginning of the month, so a healthy revenge spot for the MSU Eagles @ home. They've won 6 of 7 since that loss. Tough night for Tech.
South Dakota St +3
This is a big game in the Summit, as both teams are trying to avoid picking up their third conference loss of the year. The Bison have league leader St. Thomas on deck. NDSU relies completely on the 3 pt shot, and that plays into the strength of the Jacks defense. This should be one hell of a basketball game.
Louisiana +12
100% spot play for me. Texas St just lost to league leader Arkansas St by 15 on Saturday, have this cake walk game, and then get almost immediate revenge vs the Wolves. They aren't thinking about the Rajun Cajuns at all.
Illinois/Nebraska Over 155
Nebraska can really get hot at home, and the crowd brings the energy, and people start banking shit in. Illinois is no stranger to an up and down game, and are now finally healthy. With the line being so short, I expect Nebraska to stay competitive, which means they are gonna have to score.
UM-Kansas City -4
The Roos have been super competitive recently, despite losing 4 straight. But now they get just what the doctor ordered in a get right spot, as the Pioneers stink. They are coming off their first conference win, so time to come back to reality, and get smacked around by a solid UMKC team.
Pepperdine -3
Coach Lavins Toreros aren't good at all. They have won exactly 1 game since December started. The good news is, Pacific is next week. Pepperdine should score with ease on the interior and this game could get way out of hand.
Good Luck everyone
