Yesterday was a beautiful 61 degrees here in Iowa and now it's 14 degrees with snow and icy road conditions. Feeling a bit confused this morning . Hope wherever you're reading this from it's sunny and 75. I'm ready for spring and summer!
Anyhow let's hope the MODEL stays WARM.
MODEL plays went 8-3 overall last night. Great way to start a new week. MODEL plays move to 437 and 355 for the year.
PERSONAL plays went 2-1 last night. NC Central -6 was our loser. Up 12 at half and then I don't know what happened after that. Regardless it was a winning night for the PERSONAL plays. PERSONAL plays move to 8-3 overall on the year.
I hope to have SIMS done by 3:00 CT today. There is one NOON game on the slate. I will post here if a MODEL play is triggered for that game.

Thanks for all the great sim work! Just curious as I noticed you seemed to have lowered the threshold on the totals from 5 to 4 this week. Was there a rationale for that you saw in the historical results?

@MattyFire14 I have lowered the threshold to 4. Lowering to 4 would of been an additional 10units so far this year. As of now I'm comfortable adjusting it.
Totals in the range of 4.0-4.99 are 68-58 YTD.

Toledo -13 - Really liking Toledo on the road tonight. My TOPSIM has this about Toledo -14.5...Toledo is tied with Ohio atop the MAC standings at 13-3. Two teams just one game back. Toledo just had a scare at HOME to Central Michigan on Saturday. Very easy to sleep walk a game or two against less superior teams. Tonight I think coach Tod Kowalczyk has his team focused and ready to go. Toledo has waxed this team in their last two matchups. 83-56 and 91-44. Toledo is NCAA Tourney quality and they must display that tonight. Toledo has won five conference road games this year by double digits and they -sit 12-4 ATS in conference winning by an average of 12 points in those contests.
I'm going to ride with the best team in the MAC with one of the best players in the MAC. Let's go Rockets!
PERSONAL PLAY #2:
St. Bonnie's -9 - I'm going to roll with the Bonnie's again here. I picked them in a personal play last week and they got it done for us. This team had high expectations going into the year. Picked first to win the A10 and a team capable of making a run in the NCAA Tourney. This team started 4-4 in conference play and then finally hit their stride winning 5 in a row. Three of the wins by double digits and an average of 15 points a game and now sit at 9-4 in conference play. Rhode Island on the other hand is 4-9 in conference play after starting 3-1. Rhode Island has been competitive in their losses but the Bonnie's are on a roll and far more superiror. These two teams are teams going in opposite directions.
Bonnies are 5-0 during their win streak and the home team is 9-1 ATS in this series. Give me the better and hotter team by double digits.
PERSONAL PLAY #3:
Miami -3.5 (DraftKings)- This line is -3.5 at DK but seen around 4.5 at FD/MGM. I'm riding with the Hurricanes in this match-up. Miami is currently sitting as a projected 10 seed by Linardi and an 11 seed by CBSSports. Miami can't afford a loss to Pittsburgh. After a battle with Virginia on Saturday this is a great opportunity for Miami to get back on track and get another win. My TOPSIM has this about Miami -6. Give me the -3.5 with a desperate Miami team. As it sits Miami is currently a double bye in the ACC Tournament. They can't afford a loss to Pittsburgh. I expect a focused Miami squad. Miami ranks #1 in the ACC in forced turnovers % and Pittsburgh ranks last in the ACC in turnover percantage. Miami gets it done tonight. Take the Hurricanes -3.5 up to -4.
Miami is 4-1 ATS in L5 vs Pitt and 5-1 ATS in L6 @ Pitt.

At 11-3 the trolls and beggars will be coming. They dispense a certain brand of bottom feeder BS. Don’t let them get to you. I use your TopSim data extensively, so, I’d like to see you continue posting.
Believe the NUMBERS. Not what you THINK.
