There aren&#x27;t any.  Anyone who tries to convince you otherwise is a complete moron.  If you google search the subject, a few studies with good statistical data will show the %&#x27;s of certain numbers.

since you can score in increments of 1,2, or 3, i&#x27;m not sure there really is one. Unlike football where 7 and 3 are the primary ways to score.

It all depends where both teams are at the end of the game......  Every one in here makes valid points like KobezKing with 7, that has an affect on fouls at end of game.  If it&#x27;s close they may play for last shot and not foul.  It all depends on coaches and scheme

Indio - the key numbers are not the spreads (however, there are some patterns with certain spreads that typically will cover) but the criteria you use to evaluate a cbb game.  For example, is a team playing home or away (major difference in how a team plays) - then evaluate -if they have positive or negative assists to turnovers. What&#x27;s the shooting percentage one team allows vice another.  Then look at power ranks and sched. strength.  For me - when the spread is 17 and it&#x27;s a pattern that follows a particular script (not everyone) - I jump on it. When towson played ore. st - I believe that was a game where ore. st opened up at 17 - it met the pattern and towson won the game outright.  every game I bet on tonight follows a certain pattern based on the spread along with assist/turnovers, shooting percentage def., rank and sched. strength. I like conn f/h, ohio st gm, Alabam gm, Pitt f/h, app st f/h.  Good luck.
