Who is the best bball handicapper - willing to pay

I bet quite heavily during football season and make all of my own picks. I do quite well, but I don't follow basketball that much and to be honest, can't stomach the ups and downs. However, I'd like to continue to bet on these games if there is an established handicapper. Does anybody know of one?

Please, I don't want to hear who's hot and not for the week or last 25 games. I want someone with a long history of success.
