Im liking baylor -2.5 1st half and gonzaga Moneyline 1st half -500 also. I was going to parlay. Thought please???
i thank it hits.
TheSquare ironically, doesn't like being "square" so he's rolling with the first half HOUSTON +2.5 (-118, the Foxbet book sucks). After reading other member's opinions about how Houston can't possibly compete against Baylor, and the betting public being aware of this, I think that Houston has more to prove than Baylor. My prediction? Houston covering the +2.5/winning the first half and then Baylor coming from behind in the 2nd half to pull out the miracle win but not covering the 5 point spread..
in whatever you decide..

Agreed. Houston has to play a perfect half to not be down by a bucket, which that essentially is since Baylor hits the three well. Houston typically goes on droughts and it's just not the most probable thing that baylor will not be up. Look at the nova game for instance... baylor started out being up by 7-8 points. Houston does not have the versatile bigs that Nova had or play the kind of smart offense that Nova does to not at least be down by a bucket. Nova had bigs that could chop the three create some problems defensively and get into the lane whereas this matchup is pretty much guards on guards and Baylor is the more efficient offense.

i keep hearing "the square is saying this and that".. the thing is squares are correct 50% of the time. thats a horrible logic, just like the trend people who compares 10 year old stats.
