Why does this happen? The Favorite Loses more!!

Question

For example today BC VS T A&amp;MTexas Favorite but losing already.. It seems that lots of times the higher the consensus favorite.. The underdog seems to either win or cover..Why is this?  You would think if consensus is over 60% you would have a little better chance but you lose?Explain please!!

little early to worry about this game but ill tell you right now if you think it is a good idea to be on the same side as the vast majority in a lopsided bet game you are not going to be very successful at this thing we do......nothing is absolute as me and all the "squares" cashed on Nova last night it just something you do not wanna make a habit of doing.....

BC hit 7 3 pointers = 21 pointsthey had 33 points total in the 1st H.. they scored 4 points in the last 30 secs or soso they scored 8 points via 2-pointers in the first half alone.they never hit that many, they usually are very bad at shooting the 3.  they just happened to hit them todayit&#x27;s really that simple.  A&amp;M went 3-4 mins about 2 times without scoring as well.there isn&#x27;t always voodoo involved.  BC got lucky and nailed 3-pointers. simple as that

Reason why there called "favorites". Everyone will bet them, becuase of the high probability they can win under any circumstance. Of course it doesn&#x27;t always end up that way.
