First, that was an over the back, should ahve called a foul against St.. Johns, and then the St. Johns player runs out of bounds with 1.7 seconds left and the refs don't even call it,

Should be a technical foul on St. johns as well for throwing the ball into the stands. &#xD;&#xA;I had St. johns in a moneyline parlay so i will take the win but Rutgers got screwed.

I hope we don&#x27;t see these same 3 refs at any point during the NCAA tournament, because what I just saw is really about as bad as it gets.  &#xD;&#xA;What is their hurry to leave the arena without even taking a minute to look at the replay to see if the guy stepped out?  And like Tirico said, if the ESPN play by play announcer can instantly spot that the player stepped out with time still on the clock then surely one of the officials should have as well.
