STATE +20, pretty good team that has been playing very well lately (beat wake forest 2 games ago). 
 
Obvious rivalry, that got even more intense the last game played.  But, State can shoot 3's and will play hard, NC not a great 3 point D team.  NC should win but, not by 20.

NC State lost by 17 to NC at home last MO. State is descent ATS but this is NC down the last stretch. It's a load to play at the Dean Smith Center. If State doesn't keep it within 10 first half, they go down hard.

State will either get blown off the map or it will be a close game.  Being a state fan its hard to tell with the wolfpack if they are going to show up or not.  Stay away from this one there is far better value on the board such as Wake -14 in a payback game

NCSU recent success comes from shorter rotation, UNC will make them run, if NCSU bench play well tonight, they can keep within the number. I like the Packs + 20 and Over the total.

PLAY ON road underdogs like N.C. State of 10 to 19.5 points, off a blowout win by 20 points or more over a conference rival, against opponent off two straight wins within the league. This is a classic trap. UNC is 10-13 vs the number. A big lead and the bench gets emptied. I see a back door cover here by State.

UNC never did get a large lead. 16 at the most. Oh well. UNC falls to 10-14 vs the number.
