Last week went 1-1 -$50 as Akron a max play won by 3 td's and I lost my $1,050 futures play on Wisconsin as they don't understand you have to score more than your opponent
32-29 on the season +$1,610. Lets get to the max play

Revenge game for Akron and the annual Battle for the Wagon Wheel. LY Akron was a 3 pt rd favorite had a 24-20 lead late in the 4th quarter and Kent State went on a 10 play 77 yard drive and got the GW TD with 1 minute left winning back the Wagon Wheel and knocking Akron to 5-7 keeping them from a bowl. Terry Bowden on his tv show that I watch because I get SportstimeOhio through Dish Network said that Kent State after winning the game LY went into Akron's locker room while they were in it,took the Wagon Wheel and left
As for this year Akron is 6-5 bowl eligible for the 1st time since 2005. They've won 3 in a row SU and ATS. Kent State comes in 3-8 SU 3-6-1 ATS off a 27-14 loss to Central Michigan. The Golden Flashes have lost 4 in a row. Kent State is great defensively but really has struggled offensively 126th in total yards,120th in passing yards and score 14.3 ppg 127th in the FBS
Akron's defense I've said before IMO is the best defense in the MAC and the offense is coming on especially QB Tommy Woodson who had 4 td passes Saturday vs Buffalo. Conor Hundley the rb is questionable but the Colorado State transfer Donnell Alexander filled in well Saturday and IMO ran with more of a burst than Hundley did
How is Kent State going to score on Akron? Akron has the #3 rush defense, Kent State has the worst 3rd down offense in the FBS. On 4th down they've converted 8 of 24 and defensively foes have converted 14 of 20 on the Flashes which IMO will be a factor because last week early in the game Bowden went for it on 4th and short on his own side of the field running the big D-Tackle Cody Grice and got it. TO margin edge goes to Akron as well as they're +6 to Kent State's -1
Its a big game for Akron for revenge and the Wagon Wheel but also remember Akron is 6-5. LY Ohio went 6-6 and didn't get a bowl. It always better to get that 7th win and Bowden knows it. In my research i found the last time Akron won 7 games SU and ATS in a year was 2005 the year they made their only bowl game. I also saw that Akron has never had a 4 game win streak under Coach Bowden.... Well that ends today as Akron checks off all the boxes and wins 34-10
