Texas seems to be happy with their lead and playing defense. They are pushing the gas pedal, because they don't have to until ASU does something. Run run, incomplete pass punt. Wash rinse and repeat

ASU on the other hand might not score a TD and can't kick FGs

This is a no brainer to me. Take away that punt return and Texas has 10. Ewers is an average QB

I agree with take on this game. I think your lucky to see more then 10 to 14 points in the second half. ASU cannot throw the ball deep.

@MannyWoodgrain&#xA; I haven&#x2019;t paid much attention to ASU, and have found myself wondering why they aren&#x2019;t kicking FG&#x2019;s. If they&#x2019;d just kicked them instead of losing two 4 down conversions, they&#x2019;d still be in contention.

They tried one at the half and it was blocked. Their kicker is also pretty erratic and isn&#x2019;t very good.
