back in the good ol days....SURE coaches might hand out some cash.....Switzer would routinely give his players cash to go home....pay bills ....whatever...usually that was an assistant's job in most places

NOW....the coaches CANNOT give out cash/benefits as the player/recruit would INSTANTLY own their ass....AND then ass of their families.....and other coaches families...
     *sure.....somewhere there is a coach desperate/dumb enough to blatantly cheat...but hardly ever do you see that kind of stupidity

almost all of this "cheating"....is of course alumni handing out cash/benefits.....it cannot be stopped....so seriously don't understand why all the fuss and finger pointing....(Tressel scumbag!) < seriously?

EVERY single coach that wins games (consistently)....is aware that alumni are "helping" the situation...AND since these same people help pay their MONSTER salaries also...allowing some of these good ol boys to live like a f'in rock star...you better believe they look the other way.....if it appears the chance of getting caught is remote.....that's where Tressel screwed up......> he's obviously a really bad liar/cheat.....Saban...Meyer....MACK BROWN....would of handled the situation with more "finesse".....

*just take some posters here.....any of you boys could send cash to a potential recruit or current star player ......Boom sends some of his wagering millions to one of Clemson's recruits....that makes Dabo an asshole ?....HOW?.....you just get the player's address and send CASH......EASY......the coach is powerless...what's he gonna do?....drive over there > grab the cash from the broke bastard (probably) > immediately report the violation ?.....

* the chicks that "help" recruit and build "spirit"....exist in most every school....some hot...but most just like to hang around the stud jocks.....because otherwise they might not get to....a top recruit comes to visit...you can bet he will be assigned one of the hot ones that is likely (maybe) to give up some ass ...just as she would if they went out on a date....so no shocker here either
