I was going to bet the over 41, but now it is down to 38.5.  What am i missing here?  The weather condition is perfect. Any major players out that I am not aware of?

Looks like the line dropped from 22 to 18 as well.  What's going on?

Any info on who the backup qb is?  Is he any good, etc.....
