Arch manning is better than Ewers

No he is not...When Ewers is healthy, he will be the starting QB...

They're BOTH good. Would have to see Arch against real competition first though. 

Yeah anyone who doesn't realize Arch Manning is about to be the next football God while Ewers is pretty great himself, is fooling themselves while hating on the last name.

UT is in a nice situation QB wise.

Nobody is transferring. That would have happen this year if that was the case.

Ewers is going to the NFL after this year and Arch will be the starting quarterback for Texas next year so no need for him to transfer.

agree.  even if Ewers sits out many weeks due to injury, this will be his last season at Texas.  NFL is always needing QBs and this year's QB crop is not full of studs so he should be a first rounder.

he made some okay throws. it's the supporting cast of players that compliments his game. 

You can think what you want…They played hapless UTSA yesterday.   In a playoff situation, I would want Ewers in a heartbeat…Manning has potential, but he is not there yet…

Having watched these 2 guys although pre-season and rooting down deep for Manning there is no way you can unseat  Ewers. as a starter. I think his timing quick release pocket awareness is one of the best in the country. He is a cheerleader but more importantly a leader. Manning has the arm and would start almost any where in the country except Texas . Ewers getting hurt and Manning coming in was really amazing. Manning in the spring game showed his arm and pocket awareness.  Last night Manning showed what we all expected. UTSA defesne was in trouble and everyone knows  what Tex St did to them last week . Not sure of Ewers injury and how long he will be out But Manning stepping in should have no problem vs UL Monroe next week . In a few weeks Texas plays Oklahoma . again right now if both are healthy Ewers is the best qb on the team. And Sark knows that. Manning would start for almost any team in the country except Texas.. and there 3rd backup Owens in the spring  game out played  both of them...but He didn't show to much last night but this kid can play.  Ewers vs  Manning. Lets not forget last year Texas blew out  UL Monore 52-10..It doesn't matter who the qb is next week Texas has one of the best OFF lines and an outstanding smothering defesne. Not sure what the line is yet but I think Texas is the No 1 team in the country no matter who is the qb   Excuse me my lemon aide needs a little more sugar..

Ewers can make some nifty throws. But I might have to study some more game film on these two. 

Both are really good! 

Ewers is really good but he will spray a couple of odd throws every game but he is a baller. Arch seems like he is “potentially” better but you can’t judge him when he hasn’t played against any real competition.

Both are better QB's than Sark was when he played the position.
