Mississippi St. will pass their TT of 23.5...let’s hope Tulsa can keep up. I think you have a winner regardless of the Weather.  Surely it’s been baked into the line, Bookies check the Weather Report too.

Miss. State scored 14 or less points in 5 of their 10 games and never played in weather this bad.  100% rain entire game, windchill of 26 degrees and 20-30 mph winds.  Also, Tulsa's defense is pretty tough, so I think Miss. State will have a difficult time scoring 3 TD's and forget anyone making a FG unless it is inside the 15 yard line.

I am less than 25 miles from the game, so this is the local weather, not the Covers Weather Forecast.
