@Biscuiteater1
You are right but if Army can pull off this win vs Tulane they can possibly make the CFB playoffs from what I heard. (Not too sure how it works given it's the 1st yr of this format so plz don't slaughter me if I'm wrong lol)

Tulane highly motivated after shitting the bed last year in conference championship and bowl game. Last year the coach leaving came out before the game and the kids didnt give a shit. This coach DOES. They come out highly motivated. The QB is coming back too. I'm on the Wave big

It's the top 5 ranked division champs so they still almost certainly wouldn't make it (dunno why they don't make it top 6 when there's 12 teams but anyway) bc the ACC, B10, B12, SEC champs would all be higher as would either boise (10th) or UNLV bc the Rebels are ranked 20th and Army 24th.
But I don't think there's any chance of them looking ahead to Navy when they can win a conference title in their first year in it. Why not win the title AND beat Navy? That would be their best season probably ever, certainly in my lifetime.
Besides that, there's good reason to think Army can win: they have simply been a very good team. You don't have a one loss season and allow only 166 points and lead the nation in rushing by accident.
Having said that, Tulane has been owning the conference and been here before. But if they win I don't think it's gonna be a blowout and i think anyone assuming that it would be just because they blew out Navy tells me you haven't watched much of Army or Navy because Navy isn't that good this year and Army is. It's hard to blow out a team that has the least turnovers in the nation, most rushing yards and 8th least allowed points (less than Oregon, Alabama, SC, Iowa, some good defenses). Tulane allows the 18th least themselves so it could be low scoring and tight, and I always like a dog if points are at a premium especially with those stats i mentioned backing them up.

@Saint_John
So they weren't motivated last week when they needed to win to have a shot at the CFP (which they no longer have?)
Seriously don't get why anyone is using motivation as an angle in a conference title game. Both teams will be motivated that's literally the one thing you can be sure of when capping these games.

off the net...
Tulane head coach Jon Sumrall has seen the option three times (2022 Army, 2023 Army, 2024 Navy). His defenses have given up a combined 9 points.
