Tuberville will be out at Auburn today. Official announcement will be between now and Friday. Auburn has reportedly asked all assistants and recruiters to report back to the University. Names that are being considered are the following ....

#4 Will Muschamp
#5 Steve Spurrier

what do schools like Auburn expect from their coaches year in year out? He has no right getting fired in my opinion. &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;As for that list. I would be suprised if Nutt and Petrino want to switch jobs so soon. Spurrier has already said his last job will be SC and Muschamp is the next coach at Texas if he wants it.Not going to be easy to recruit against Saban.  Butch Davis seems the most likely. Although i can see him wanting to build the NC program.

He deserves to get the axe. The handling of Tony Franklin was his downfall. Their offense got SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE AFTER he fired him midseason. &#xA0;Now he pays for it and rightfully so.

Saban is a coach killer!!! This is the 4th coach that has been fired after a beat down from Alabama: Croom @ Miss St. ; Bowden @ Clemson;  Fulmer @ UT ; &amp; now Tuberville @ Auburn.  Looks like Urban Meyer is next after the beat down Bama is about to put on Florida in the SEC Championship!!!!!!  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Saban ----&gt;

IMO, there is no way Nutt leaves for Ole Miss to go to Auburn.

Muschamp may be in line at Texas, but this is a guaranteed HC job now in the SEC. Texas will have to give him a lot of money to keep him IMO.

One other thing WJOX in Birmingham is reporting that Texas has refused AU permission to talk with Muschamp.

Petrino has a clause in his contract that does not allow him to work for any SEC West School for 2 years after he leave Arkansas...

They wanted to get rid of him several years ago but then he started winning and they had to keep him.  I did not like him, personally but they did not ask me. I think that Spurrier has all the money he needs and will not take the position if it is offered. It will be interesting.

&#xD;&#xA;I dont think Nutt could leave Ole Miss either, but not for the same reason as Petrino&#xD;&#xA;I doubt Auburn is interested in Spurrier or SS interested in Auburn. &#xD;&#xA; Muschamp and Fisher are in the same boat at UT and FSU, but I would be suprised to see one of them bolt from that coach in waiting scam.  &#xD;&#xA;I can see TT taking the Miss St job.  That would be great for State.
