Didnt open at 73...and yes, 23 days off is a long time, but are you SERIOUS??? Guess ALL the games should go under then huh?? What about the teams off for 45 days? All the BCS games?? UNDERS huh? cmon dude...seriously, awful logic. These teams dont care how long they have off. And when they have a week off during the season, that's 14 days in between games. So cmon, stop the madness. These two teams SCORE, thats what they do. And unless weather stops them, neither defense will. Now, will it hit 80 and over? We'll see. Thats a lotta points
But cmon, we see games all year that are 35-28 at half...and there is no reason this isnt 27-24 at half and well on its way. Neither team is gonna change their offensive scheme...and neither team went out and got a defense...
Good luck though

I do not post very often but I do if I really like a total. i posted this game would be close to 100.
You had Nevada which had no business in a bowl game and a good offense and a defense ranked close to 90th in college against a very weak schedule.
You had Arizona which is an avg Pac 12 team but with a good offense and a defense ranked near 100.
Both teams wanted to showcase their offense with the running backs and try to attract more offense players to come to their universities.
The line opened at 76 here and just kept climbing. I have noticed that totals that open over 70 and go up seem to cover with the over. I think I saw a stat where those games go over almost 80% of the time. I saw it on here once with a gentleman that posts and have been looking for it because there were other stats regarding totals and hope to find that person that posted it again.

Well, he did have Nevada, but waay too excited on the total. Did he assume nevada would play defense?
14 points in 46 seconds. That's the Nevada's head coach Ault and his notorious "Prevent Dfense". The same one he used vs So Florida. Anyone remember THAT game?
