Have any of you went to Vegas and placed wagers on BetMGM Vegas app and then flown home only to find your bets didn’t migrate to your states version of the app?
Customer service kept me on hold for half an hour and then it hung up.
Just wondering if this happened to you and how you resolved it?
I have 15-20 open bets and they aren’t on my app anymore.

Exact thing happened to me at ballys. The ballys app CS blamed the brick n morter ballys, and vice versa. I could write a book on how I got my 3800 back but it was mainly me badgering them everyday for almost a month.
I did everything they asked multiple times. They still hung up on me and would constantly get disconnected on their live chat help.
Total nightmare. Never again.
Wish I had a clearer answer for you. Just stay on them.
