I won&#x27;t touch UConn after they only completed 6 passes last week.. I can understand that number if you run a triple option offense, but not theirs..

They have an inexperienced QB and the weather was HORRIBLE for most of that game.  I think that&#x27;s why their passing attempts were so limited.  I think they only attempted 3 passes the first 3 quarters.  Ironically, once they did finally start throwing it, they had their best drive of the game going 4 for 4 and backdoor TD.I would throw that game out for the sake of handicapping.

I&#x27;d take them -4 if I thought they&#x27;d win by 14, not by just 6.  But that&#x27;s me.

I agree that the weather was horrible, but their QB had played in two full games prior, including the one against Boise State.. I could see the inexperienced QB angle if this was his first time playing this season, but with two games under your belt, there is no excuse for that kind of playcalling.. I agree, their last drive was the best, the kid made some nice throws..

First let me be clear: I am a UGA homer. That being said, Money is more important to me than burning it just because I live and die on every play with them.

This is a new Georgia team, they are getting better every day on the defensive side of the ball. They have always had serious offense. The difference: Jeremy Pruitt DC.. He is the real deal, and FSU misses him. Georgia does have deficiencies in the secondary. It's getting better back there every game. What they do have on D is a very good front 7. They will dominate line of scrimmage and make TENN one dimensional. The Vols OL is a work in progress and they will give up some sacks and a lot of pressure throws (can you say INT).

Richt has been saving Gurley just for this kind of situation. The Georgia OL with Gurley and a stable of great RB's will control this game. Mason is a solid QB and the running game successes will open up play action.

I expect at least one TD from special teams.

I am aware of the margin of victory in this series.... That was then, this is now.... The play is UGA or pass....

I don&#x27;t see your logic on the uconn pick temple is 7-1 ATS I ubderstand uconn is home and they are 2-2 but look closely at the teams they beat .... Temple is by no means a great team but in my opinion uconn is in the bottom 5 D 1-A along with FIU, SO MISS &amp; SMU

Yeah, I agree that the play calling was bizarre, even in bad weather.  I&#x27;m just looking for a reason why they only attempted 9 passes, and the weather &#x2B; inexperience probably had something to do with it.  His numbers vs. Boise weren&#x27;t that bad.  Personally I think the key to this game is UCONN&#x27;s ability to contain/control PJ Walker.  If Temple can move the ball and put up points, UCONN could be in trouble, as they are probably not designed to play catch up.

I don&#x27;t want to bet uconn, i really don&#x27;t. But every time I come back to this game I see what they did defensively at home to Boise, particularly ajayi&#x27;s 18/39, which will likely be his lowest output of the year by a large margin. Thats a remarkable box which does show something because not many teams could do that. Yes, it is hard to watch the uconn O but sadly I&#x27;m willing to overlook their ineptness with the fair price attached to the home dog.
