people are only focusing on how bad rice has looked in their first two games. they are young and they played two road games against solid teams this season. they will be motivated in their home opener against a former rival from the swc. its been a while since their last home game against a ranked team. baylor dominated them since bears joined big 12 and thats one more reason for owls to play really hard in this game. as for baylor, they are young, inexperienced and undisciplined. in their first game they built a huge lead but scored their last points early in the third period. they just stopped playing after that. last week they scored their first td in the third quarter. in their first two games (both as huge favorites at home) they had 26 penalties. good luck laying 30.5 points on a team playing its first road game of the season, leading the nation in penalties, coached by a guy who had no job last two years because of 5 straight losing seasons with wake forest.
